Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using EmployPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What EmployPilot Does

EmployPilot is an automated job application assistant that:

• Logs into job platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) using credentials you provide
• Searches for jobs matching your profile preferences
• Submits job applications on your behalf automatically
• Tracks your application history and pipeline

3. Platform Terms Acknowledgment

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Automated job applications may violate the Terms of Service of platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri
• EmployPilot does not guarantee compliance with third-party platform terms
• Your accounts on job platforms may be suspended or banned as a result of using automation
• You use this service at your own risk and assume all responsibility for any consequences
• EmployPilot is not liable for any account suspension, data loss, or missed opportunities resulting from use of this service

4. Your Credentials & Data

• Your platform credentials (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
• Your credentials are used solely to perform job applications on your behalf
• We do not share your credentials or personal data with any third parties
• You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting admin@employpilot.in
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 7 days

5. Invite-Only Beta

• EmployPilot is currently in invite-only beta with a maximum of 20 users
• Access requires a valid invite token issued by EmployPilot
• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to apply to jobs you are not genuinely interested in
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

EmployPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Job applications submitted incorrectly or to wrong positions
• Account suspensions on third-party platforms
• Missed job opportunities due to service downtime
• Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages

8. Privacy

We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service: your name, email, phone, career profile, and job platform credentials (encrypted). We do not sell or share this data. Full privacy details at privacy policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
